📅 Step 3 – Patient redeems the voucher. When needed, an Italian employee selects your service through their welfare credit, we create a prepaid digital voucher and we upload it in your account.
💶 Step 4 – You receive payment in full. We pay your company directly. No invoicing to the patient, you invoice our company. No delays. No risk.

🟦 how it works for Italian patients

🏢 Step 1 – The patient receives welfare credit from their employer. Every year, millions of Italian employees receive a tax-free budget from their company to spend on specific services, including healthcare. This is part of a government-supported corporate welfare program.
🌍 Step 2 – Selection of your company abroad. Through a welfare platform (or directly via our platform), the employee selects a medical service offered by your clinic abroad.
🪪 Step 3 – Voucher issued and payment completed. Once the patient confirms the service, we issue a prepaid, tracked voucher that covers 100% of the cost. We receive your invoice and we transfer the money to your company.
✈️ Step 4 – The patient travels and receives care. The patient travels to your company and receives treatment. No money is exchanged: the cost has already been paid to you by us. The experience is seamless and financially secure for all parties.

📨 Contact INNOVABIOHEALTH if the agreement is not active, so we can activate it with the employer and/or the welfare platform (where possible)

🎟️ Voucher Activation

Once the agreement is active, the employee can order the voucher and access the service as usual.

🛡️ Brand Usage Rights

For this purpose, and for the duration of the agreement, the healthcare provider is authorized to use the INNOVABIOHEALTH name and logo in its own communication materials and may request official assets for this use.

Becoming a partner of our network gives your healthcare facility access to a qualified network of Italian patients, with no marketing costs, no administrative burden, and guaranteed payments.

Our pricing model is simple and performance-based:

💼 1. One-Time Set-Up Fee. We onboard your healthcare facility, create your digital medical packages, translate them, and configure the interface with Italian welfare platforms.
📅 2. Annual Membership Fee. This includes access to all our services, technical and administrative support, visibility on our channels, and ongoing compliance management. It's due form the second year.
📊 3. Success Fee (Per Voucher Redeemed). Applied only when a patient selects your service and the voucher is redeemed. This fee covers transaction handling, booking coordination, and payment processing.

As a healthcare provider, you are free to set your own service rates, independently of any prices or discounts potentially shown to the end user. What matters is the final agreed price between you and our network, which will always be the basis for reimbursement.
